In addition to ERP we have also opted for industry and trade specific software solutions ( tightly integrated with ERP) which provide real time information and help in improving decision making process and in turn lead to efficient port operation.
SAP ERP :
The SAP ERP application is an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software by SAP AG that caters to the back office operations like Finance, Costing, Materials & Inventory management, Maintenance, Quality, Sales, etc of the organization. All other business application like IPMS, NAVIS, KARTOS, etc are tightly integrated with SAP.
IPMS :
The port has implemented the Integrated Port Management System (IPMS) as Single Window port operation software. The IPMS tracks port operations in real time, which in turn improves the efficiency of port operations by optimizing the vessel turnaround time and cargo handling. This in turn leads to competitive operational costs. IPMS cover Dry Bulk, Liquid Bulk, and General Cargo operations of the cargo terminal.
NAVIS :
NAVIS Terminal Operating System is being used at Adani Mundra Container Terminal. Navis software is the worldwide standard terminal operating system for many industry leaders in container business. Over 150 terminal operations currently use Navis, along with most of the major shipping lines that call at terminals. We have increased operational efficiency and customer service by standardizing on Navis.
KARTOS :
KARTOS - Car Terminal Operating System is being used at Adani Automobile (RORO) Terminal. It streamlines the process flow of various activities of a RORO Terminal operation. This includes processes related to Vessel Operation, Yard Operation, Documentation, Yard Planning and Billing. This enhances improvised throughput, efficient resource management and meeting delivery timelines.
